History
MAAS Group is a privately owned and operated business that was established in 2001 by Wes Maas, a 21-year old businessman. Through hard work and dediction, Wes Maas grew his small Bobcat and Tipper business into a multi-million dollar company that is a major player in eastern Australia with a fleet in excess of 100 heavy vehicles and machinery with a staff compliment of 95. MAAS Group provides services to 'blue chip' companies such as:

To ensure MAAS Group achieves the highest standards of quality work safely, MAAS Group has adopted the following accredited Safety Management Policy which has been third audited by Sydney Water and is 'Code Compliant', having its Industrial Agreement assessed and approved by DEEWR.
MAAS Group's accredited Safety Management Policy includes, but is not limited to:
- Occupational Health, Safety & Rehabilitation Plan aligned to WorkCover NSW
- Occupational Health & Safety Regulation 2001
- Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 No. 40
- Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998 No. 86
- Quality Management System - in accordance with Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000
- MAAS Group is a member of the Civil Contractors Federation.
- MAAS Group regularly undergoes independent client audits conducted by Master Builder Association to ensure a high level of quality service.
